SWBR is looking for a creative intern who is a detail-oriented, problem-solver with a positive attitude. Join our team to work on a wide range of projects, do research and participate in brainstorms and ideations. You will assist our team to gain valuable, real-world experience. We need someone who can jump right in and help out wherever needed.

Tony has traveled to New Zealand and climbed a volcano, but we’re glad his ambition and sense of adventure has returned to Pennsylvania. A Kutztown University grad, Tony interned for the agency while in school and was so impressive we had to add him to our team. Tony dives headfirst into every project with enthusiasm and an infectious creative energy. We can’t wait to see what his future holds.

WHEN I GROW UP I WANT TO: Be a feature film director
Cathy always has her head in the clouds, and it’s not just because of her ever-present smile: it’s because she’s a licensed pilot and former flight attendant. She’s also an accomplished fisherwoman and a pet lover, which might be why bring-your-dog-to-work day is everyday at SWBR. So in addition to handling a variety of tasks around the office, she’s focused on exploring pet industry businesses in need of getting a leg up on their marketing and advertising.

Jessica is a homebody by nature, but has a longing in her heart for sightseeing (even though she’s been on a plane once). A Penn State grad, Jessica uses research and savvy social media skills to promote our clients. Someday, she hopes to write books about her life experiences and wants to help people find balance in their lives.

A Kutztown University Grad, Jackie assists project management and day-to-day account services. Her organizational and people skills allow for clear communication with clients and our team. In her spare time, she watches sports and enjoys being outdoors.

Jerry brings more than 20 years of writing experience contributing to top firms, agencies and associations, including McDonald’s, Audi, General Mills, Procter & Gamble, Alzheimer’s Association, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Tootsie Roll and the Chicago Cubs, among others. He’s also an award-winning journalist with credits that include the Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, USA Today, AOL/Huffington Post and Conde Nast. He’s a two-time winner of the Lowell Thomas Travel Journalism Award, recognizing his newspaper travel writing as the best in North America.
In his earlier career, Jerry founded an adventure travel company and spent 15 years guiding travelers from around the world on European biking, hiking and culinary trips.
HOBBIES: Cycling, running, spending time with my family
WEAKNESS FOR: Independent coffee shops
Computers are great, except when they don’t work. That’s why we love having Rich around. He virtually eliminates downtime, keeps our computers up and running and our networks in sync. He also provides tech support for our interactive projects, and is always quick with a joke to lighten the mood.

Michael has traveled to all 50 states on a relentless quest to see every national park. It’s this can do attitude that also drives him professionally. He’s a highly motivated, advertising pro with over 20 years of industry experience, generating strong design, strategic solutions and brand building. His approach is diverse, fresh, and forward thinking. This College of New Jersey grad is passionate about creating everything including engaging video, TV commercials, digital and print.

As a former college athlete and MBA graduate, Ernie never allows grass to grow beneath his feet. He’s all about doing what it takes to see a project through and he always delivers on time. In particular, Ernie provides our clients with key insights around their digital presence.

I BELIEVE: Hard work breeds success
You might say Donna was mentored by the King; the King of burgers that is! After spending the early part of her career working at Burger King world headquarters in Miami, she has been a key contributor to our team. Donna does a little bit of everything, and ensures that we stay one fine-tuned, creative machine. For example, her journalism skills and “eagle eye” cleans up our commas, semicolons and typos (not that we would have any).

HIDDEN TALENT: I roll a mean enchilada
Dave is always strategizing with clients – and our creative team – to build smart campaigns that deliver results. He’s adept at organizing content and streamlining the user experience of websites, making sure campaigns segue seamlessly from traditional to digital channels. Having worked in several arenas, from advertising to journalism to public relations to corporate communications, he’s crafted messages to fit just about any product or audience.

HOBBY: Competing in fantasy sports leagues
Following a decade in New York City at two prominent ad agencies leading iconic brands such as IBM and Continental Airlines, Scott joined SWBR and has been spearheading the agency’s strategic process ever since. Scott has a deep passion for marketing and is obsessed with client satisfaction.

HOBBY: Diehard Phillies, Eagles and Flyers fan
Crunching numbers can be hard; but with Steve on our team, it isn’t. Steve brings more than 20 years of financial expertise to the table, along with some awesome cleaning habits to ensure his office always stays tidy. He focuses on financial statements, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance and various special analyses. When Steve isn’t working with numbers, he’s probably golfing, catching up on the latest Stephen King novel or building his own mini-golf course in his backyard.

For more than 35 years, Ernie has built brands and marketed products for clients in local and global markets. That’s the result of working with a former United States Marine who knows how to get things done.

A gifted storyteller, David’s greatest attribute is his ability to think like a journalist, creating story pitches with clear and concise news angles that explain why the story is important to a reporter’s readership. He has PR experience in a wide variety of B2B and B2C industries — from technology to healthcare, consumer products to food management, celebrity PR to crisis management. He’s helped clients land placement in outlets like The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Sports Illustrated, and USA Today — just to name a few.

Chad has many talents. He’s an inventor, an entrepreneur, a home-brewing aficionado and a website developer. When he’s not busy programming websites for our clients, in his “spare time” he can be found revving up his brainpower to improve roadway safety for the Transportation Research Board (TRB) and the American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO).
