Do you have an eye for design?
We are looking for a creative Art Director with agency experience to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences. Candidates should have hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team environment with brand development, campaign creation, web design and best practices, print/digital production as well as photography/video direction.
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and possess excellent typography, color and design skills. B-to-B experience, awareness of digital media and evolving platforms, familiarity with wire-framing tools, video editing and photography experience are all a plus.

A Penn State grad, Mike started his career as a journalist at The Arizona Republic before shifting to corporate communications for a healthcare company. In addition to leading client service efforts, Mike oversees the PR and social media team.

She possesses more than 20 years of experience in building brands, directing everything from print campaigns and point-of-purchase marketing to interface design of all things digital. While she has experience in an array of industries, she’s worked extensively in the education, retail and finance arenas.

You might say Donna was mentored by the King; the King of burgers that is! After spending the early part of her career working at Burger King world headquarters in Miami, she has been a key contributor to our team. For example, her journalism skills and “eagle eye” cleans up our commas, semicolons and typos (not that we would have any).

Tony has traveled to New Zealand and climbed a volcano, but we’re glad his ambition and sense of adventure has returned to Pennsylvania. A Kutztown University grad, Tony interned for the agency while in school and was so impressive we had to add him to our team. Tony dives headfirst into every project with enthusiasm and an infectious creative energy. We can’t wait to see what his future holds.
