Senior Account Executive

Do you love to craft a creative brief? Live to define advertising budgets for clients? Is your passion formulating advertising and marketing strategies? If so, we want you for our team.

We are seeking a senior account executive to guide two of our leading accounts. Candidate must be a strategic thinker and have meaningful digital expertise along with at least five years of exceptional client service. Should be a solid presenter and have outstanding communication and people skills.

We’re fortunate to have an amazing staff that is talented, creative and passionate about building brands. We work hard, but we also know how to have fun while brainstorming meaningful messages for our clients. Our work environment is as comfortable as your favorite pair of jeans. Creative Copywriter

Are you a creative powerhouse?

We are seeking a copywriter with 3-5 years of b-to-b writing experience. Healthcare, financial and construction industry experience is a plus. Applicants should have the ability to work in a team environment, a track record for meeting deadlines, and must be passionate about producing great work. The ability to produce effective communications via digital and social content, websites, landing pages, display ads and print is a must. If you can craft jaw-dropping headlines, write compelling, efficient, and ENGAGING pieces of content, are strategic and conceptually grounded, we would love to make you part of our team.

Each day I get to work for a variety of clients, talk to some very interesting people and do the ‘numbers-crunching’ thing. It’s never boring.”

A Kutztown University grad, Tony interned for the agency while in school and was so impressive we had to add him to our team. Patti Merlo

Assistant Controller

Patti has seen it all in this business. Literally! She was hired a week after graduation and is still going strong 33 years later. She makes sure our POs, timesheets and TPS Reports are always in order. She occasionally brings her adorable basset hounds to work with her, and rumor has it, these pups know how to balance the books – on their noses.

Karin sizes and optimizes our “big ideas” to ensure every campaign looks its best. She’s always cool under pressure against tight deadlines, a skill that’s admired, but also one that makes us leery to play poker with her. She is a “crafty” veteran at SWBR and her versatility is often a lifesaver. One minute she’s prepping final files for publication, the next she’s retouching images. And when needed, she rolls up her sleeves and contributes original designs herself.

Annemarie Dodenhoff

Senior Art Director

Annemarie says when she grows up she wants to be a Navy Seal. Until then, we’re happy to have her quick-witted brainpower and Ninja-like art direction on our team. She possesses more than 20 years of experience in building brands, directing everything from print campaigns and point-of-purchase marketing to interface design of all things digital. While she has experience in an array of industries, she’s worked extensively in the education, retail and finance arenas.

Chad has many talents. He’s an inventor, an entrepreneur, a home-brewing aficionado and a website developer. Jessica is a homebody by nature, but has a longing in her heart for sightseeing (even though she’s been on a plane once). A Penn State grad who interned for the agency, Jessica uses her savvy social media skills and content creations to help promote our clients online. Someday, she hopes to write books about her life experiences and wants to help people find balance in their lives. Until then, she’ll be tapping into her creative brain to help set our clients apart.

You might say Donna was mentored by the King; the King of burgers that is! After spending the early part of her career working at Burger King world headquarters in Miami, she has been a key contributor to our team. Donna does a little bit of everything, and ensures that we stay one fine-tuned, creative machine. For example, her journalism skills and “eagle eye” cleans up our commas, semicolons and typos (not that we would have any).

Cathy always has her head in the clouds, and it’s not just because of her ever-present smile, it’s because she’s a licensed pilot and former flight attendant. She’s also an accomplished fisherwoman and a pet lover, which might be why bring-your-dog-to-work day is everyday at SWBR. So in addition to handling a variety of tasks around the office, she’s focused on exploring pet industry businesses in need of getting a leg up on their marketing and advertising.
