Anne Renaldi

Senior Account Executive

Anne is a world traveler, having visited 25 countries over 10 years while working in Washington, D.C. But we’re certainly glad she’s settled in Bethlehem, Pa., and joined our team. Her global experience and strategic approach to marketing allows her to deftly guide clients toward solutions that work.

I've Learned: Never assume – there is no such thing as a wrong question

Hidden Talent(s): Juggling and Shooting

Annemarie Dodenhoff

Senior Art Director

Annemarie says when she grows up she wants to be a Navy Seal. Until then, we’re happy to have her quick-witted brainpower and Ninja-like art direction on our team. She possesses more than 20 years of experience in building brands, directing everything from print campaigns and point-of-purchase marketing to interface design of all things digital. While she has experience in an array of industries, she's worked extensively in the education, retail and finance arenas.

Hobbies: Working out, visiting record stores and biking

Hidden Talent: Juggling

Chris Tavianini

Art Production Specialist

For more than 25 years Chris has worked as the last line of defense, helping to process all projects before they leave the building for the world to see. She helps cross the “T”s and dot the “I”s while making sure the art directors color inside the lines. From print projects to websites and web banners, she is a vital resource.

Hidden Talent(s): They wouldn't really be hidden if I showed you now would they

Claim To Fame: My kids (I live vicariously through them)

David Kratzke

Director, Digital Marketing

Dave is always strategizing with clients – and our creative team – to build smart campaigns that deliver results. He’s adept at organizing content and the navigation flow of websites, making sure campaigns segue seamlessly from traditional to digital channels. Having worked in several arenas, from advertising to journalism to public relations to corporate communications, he’s crafted messages to fit just about any product or audience.

Debbie Drake

VP, Communications Planning

Debbie is our savvy voice of reason around the agency. But as our media buyer, she’s also one tough cookie, negotiating to get the most value for the dollar by treating clients’ budgets like her own. “I love it when a plan comes together! Each day I get to work for a variety of clients, talk to some very interesting people and do the ‘numbers-crunching’ thing. It’s never boring.”

Hobby: Cross-stitching (who would have ever thought that counting and making little x’s would be so relaxing after a day of crunching media numbers)

Claim To Fame: Three beautiful grandchildren

Donna Kopes

Manager, Office Services

You might say Donna was mentored by the King; the King of burgers that is! After spending the early part of her career working at Burger King world headquarters in Miami, she has been a key contributor to our team. Donna does a little bit of everything, and ensures that we stay one fine-tuned, creative machine. For example, her journalism skills and “eagle eye” cleans up our commas, semicolons and typos (not that we would have any).

I Believe: Nothing is rocket science, unless you work for NASA

Hidden Talent: I roll a mean enchilada

Donna Sinko

VP, Production

Donna can usually be found building schedules and estimating budgets for all projects. With 25-plus years of project management and production experience, she’s our go-to girl on all traditional and digital projects to ensure each one is completed on time – and on budget.

Hobby: Studying and teaching Pilates

Favorite Vacation Spot: Anywhere it’s warm and there’s a beach

Ernie T Stiegler

Director, Business Development

As a former college athlete and MBA graduate, Ernie never allows grass to grow beneath his feet. He’s all about doing what it takes to see a project through and delivered on time. In particular, Ernie provides our clients with key insights around their digital presence.

Henry Raab

VP, Public Relations

Henry is proud of his 25 years of service with swb&r and we feel lucky to still have him. He is a crafty veteran of all things PR, and is a strong strategist of how to position companies for success. You name it, he’s written about it and gotten it published. He loves digging into the technical details of what makes clients’ products tick, and then communicates them effectively to the right audiences.

Hobby: Completing New York Times crosswords in ink

Hidden Talent: He speaks German

John Wallen

VP, Finance

John is not your typical quiet CPA. He has a contagious laugh, a great sense of humor and a Hawaiian-shirt style about him that fits in perfectly with the creative energy of our team. When he’s not balancing the books, he has a passion for Rock & Roll (Tom Waits is his favorite), loves riding his motorcycle and is an avid Family Guy watcher.

Personal Motto: Keep swimming

Hidden Talent: Ballroom dancing (he says with a wink and a nod – so we won’t know for sure till we see him on the dance floor)

Matt Brannon

Senior Manager, PR

Matt has lived abroad and is multi-lingual, which means he’s never at a loss for words when pitching stories on behalf of our clients. This Temple grad is a PR pro who knows how to work the phones and the web to get the best placement of press releases, blogs and white papers for our clients – or how to pull together a media event at a moment’s notice.

I've Learned: If you wait for perfect conditions you’ll never get anything done

Favorite Vacation Spot: Avalon, NJ

Mike Walbert

Director, Strategic Communications

Mike has more than a decade of experience in messaging development, public relations, internal communications, marketing and crisis communications. A Penn State grad, Mike started his professional career as a journalist and then worked in corporate communications prior to joining the swb&r team.

Patti Merlo

Assistant Controller

Patti has seen it all in this business. Literally! She was hired a week after graduation and is still going strong 33 years later. She makes sure our POs, timesheets and TPS Reports are always in order. She occasionally brings her adorable basset hounds to work with her, and rumor has it, these pups know how to balance the books – on their noses.

When I Grow Up I Want To: Own an RV, have a roaming mailbox while travelling the U.S.

Rich “Wiggly” Check

IT Administrator

Computers are great, except when they don’t work. That’s why we love having Rich around. He virtually eliminates downtime, keeps our computers up and running and our networks in sync. He also provides tech support for our interactive projects, and is always quick with a joke to lighten the mood.

Interests: Restoring vintage toys or electronics

Claim To Fame: Awards for original artwork, music, video production and voiceovers in video games.

Tony Susi

Art Director

Tony has traveled to New Zealand and climbed a volcano, but we’re glad his ambition and sense of adventure has returned to Pennsylvania. A Kutztown University grad, Tony interned for the agency while in school and was so impressive we had to add him to our team. Tony dives headfirst into every project with enthusiasm and an infectious creative energy. We can’t wait to see what his future holds.

Hobbies: Writing and filmmaking
