St. Luke’s Comprehensive Spine

St. Luke’s Comprehensive Spine

The Challenge

St. Luke's University Health Network needed help in launching an innovative back and neck pain treatment in a competitive healthcare market.

St. Luke’s Comprehensive Spine

The Solution

To announce St. Luke’s new approach to back and neck pain, we created an award-winning integrated ad campaign with the objective of getting the audience to think of St. Luke’s Comprehensive Spine the moment they experienced pain. We featured the tagline, “We’ve got your back. And neck. And spine.” and anchored it with attention getting visuals depicting what simple tasks can feel like when back or neck pain strike.

The Approach

Our Three Process Principle

Creative

Creative

St. Luke’s needed to stand out from the competition so we took an unorthodox approach to the healthcare market creative and developed envelope-pushing visuals that depicted what back and neck pain can feel like to those suffering.

Strategic

Strategic

St. Luke’s Comprehensive Spine called for a fully-integrated campaign utilizing multiple mediums in digital and traditional advertising, as well as marketing tactics to reach a broad audience: billboards, print ads, paid social, web banners, video and television.

Analytic

Analytic

All digital tactics drove back to a landing page, where patients could request an appointment or learn more about the Comprehensive Spine program. Traditional tactics pointed to the department’s page on St. Luke’s main site, where branded video and imagery resides. All pieces worked together to drive results.

St. Luke’s Comprehensive Spine

The Results

This award-winning campaign was successful in driving patients to reach out to St. Luke’s and obtain treatment early on. It has helped position the health network as a leader in Lehigh Valley and beyond. It also won two Addy Awards for Best Integrated Ad Campaign and Video.
