Art Director

Do you have an eye for design?

We are looking for a creative Art Director with agency experience to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences. Candidates should have hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team environment with brand development, campaign creation, web design and best practices, print/digital production as well as photography/video direction.

Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and possess excellent typography, color and design skills. B-to-B experience, awareness of digital media and evolving platforms, familiarity with wire-framing tools, video editing and photography experience are all a plus.

Senior Account Executive

The Challenge

BuildClean came to us looking to generate considerably more demand from professional remodelers for their HEPA Air Scrubber, an air filtration system designed to eliminate up to 90% of airborne jobsite dust. We were tasked with raising the brand’s online presence and doubling e-commerce sales, which was essential for a start up business in the midst of shifting to an e-commerce only sales structure.


The Solution

We implemented a strategic, multi-channel digital campaign that utilized programmatic display ads, industry e-newsletters, email marketing as well as organic and paid social media to position BuildClean as an essential tool for the target audience. We aggressively remarketed all engaged prospects, ultimately increasing repeat business and referrals.

Interviewing remodelers familiar with the product gave us insight into BuildClean’s competitive advantage and informed the straightforward approach of the digital outreach. Recognizing contractors were convinced after testing, a time-lapse video showing the air scrubber in action became a focal point of the campaign. To-the-point, persuasive messaging and promotional offers moved the target audience to take action.

Our plan to blanket the target audience with the BuildClean message drove a high volume of new traffic to the website. From there, we educated them on the numerous product benefits and remarketed prospects to maintain an ongoing dialog, pushing them to the e-commerce site to convert leads into customers.

We doubled sales and boosted the customer base, as new customers accounted for the majority of sales. We shortened the sales cycle from first contact to purchase. Website visitors, sessions and page views surged with new visitors, and eventually returning visitors, targeted through remarketing, trended upward as well. We tracked sales tied to channel sources and optimized the campaign accordingly.

The Results

We delivered steady sales gains month-over-month, achieving a 106% increase in monthly sales in only seven months. Our focused strategy generated six times as many monthly visitors to the website on average compared to previous site traffic.
