SWBR is looking for a creative intern who is a detail-oriented, problem-solver with a positive attitude. Join our team to work on a wide range of projects, do research and participate in brainstorms and ideations. You will assist our team to gain valuable, real-world experience. We need someone who can jump right in and help out wherever needed.

- Currently enrolled as a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree related to advertising, marketing or design

Donna Sinko has been promoted to senior vice president of digital and creative services. In her elevated role, Donna will play a key role in strategic agency decisions and guiding the organization’s direction while maintaining existing responsibilities of cost-estimating and scheduling campaigns, communicating with vendors, overseeing digital capabilities and coordinating projects within the creative and production departments. Annemarie Dodenhoff has been promoted to creative director, a role that will have her overseeing our creative team. She will lead efforts in developing and driving creative vision for all of SWBR’s clients, while also managing client relationships. With her vision, Annemarie will shape cohesive, compelling visual narratives that communicate client brand identities. She also will play a key role in nurturing and inspiring the agency’s creative talent. On top of all of that, Annemarie will continue developing agency branding and new business initiatives. Mike Walbert has been promoted to vice president of strategic communications. In this role, he will lead client communications and marketing strategy efforts to ensure that agency resources are maximized and campaign capabilities exceed client expectations. Mike will support these objectives in addition to his current roles of providing account service and overseeing SWBR’s communications department, which offers public relations and social media management services. Jessica Dentith has been promoted to account coordinator. In her expanded role, Jessica will continue to lead social media management for clients, including industrial and building materials clients, while also providing account management and strategy assistance with SWBR’s roster of clients. Mackenzie Liberatori is has been hired as account coordinator. Mackenzie will focus on servicing public relations accounts, bringing her skills in media relations, content development and new business development to the position.
