Lauren Krock joins SWBR as our spring 2019 intern

Meet Lauren Krock. As a rising sophomore at Lafayette College, she is looking to develop her professional career here at SWBR this spring and to get some writing experience under her belt. Here are a few fun things about the Nazareth, PA native.

What’s the most important thing you’ve learned in college?

The most important thing I’ve learned is time management. Between a full-time course load, cheerleading and making the commute from home to work, managing my time well is a major responsibility.

What are your favorite things to do?

Cheerleading for Lafayette, binge watching The Office and relaxing any chance I get.

Favorite food?

Chick Fil A.

What’s your favorite holiday and why?

Christmas is my favorite holiday, hands down. Just the general atmosphere with the white lights, the movies, the quality time spent with family and friends…it’s perfect.

What’s the best show on television?

THE OFFICE! I’ve seen it through so many times.

What’s the most interesting place you’ve ever visited?

Punta Cana! When my family and I visited, we donated supplies to a local public school. It was truly a rewarding experience.

Dream job?

My dream is to be a corporate attorney for a biomedical/pharmaceutical company. I’m currently studying Government and then once I complete my undergrad, I hope to transition to Georgetown University to receive my JD-PhD.
