Do you have an eye for design?
We are looking for a creative Art Director with agency experience to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences. Candidates should have hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team environment with brand development, campaign creation, web design and best practices, print/digital production as well as photography/video direction.
Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and possess excellent typography, color and design skills. B-to-B experience, awareness of digital media and evolving platforms, familiarity with wire-framing tools, video editing and photography experience are all a plus.

We are looking for a talented full-time Staff Writer to translate complex topics (technology, medical, industrial products, legal, finance) into regular pieces of compelling original content used in public relations, social media and sales initiatives.
Candidates should have the ability to work closely with engineers, software developers, product managers, and other subject-matter experts to understand products and services, identify story angles, and produce compelling copy that meets business goals. Technical writing experience is preferred.
Must be a prolific writer capable of understanding complex businesses and producing regular content (articles, blog copy, case studies) for a variety of industries.

Beaming with originality and charisma, Julia Taft is excited to dive into her creative intern role with SWBR this fall and learn the ins and outs of how our marketing agency thrives.
The Kutztown University senior wants to get hands-on, real-world experience with clients from one of the Lehigh Valley’s longest standing agencies, as well as understand project progression from start to finish. And she’s pumped to learn it from us.
Why? Because the agency on Adler Place stuck out to Julia during an internship meeting and she quickly fell in love with our clientele, our projects and, most importantly, our people.
We want Julia to learn as much as possible during her internship, so what better way than to be working closely with fellow Kutztown alumni, art director Tony Susi? (And, of course, creative director Annemarie Dodenhoff.)
Outside of her full-time student and interning life, Julia is enjoying life’s simple pleasures.
If she’s not dying her hair (or contemplating shaving it all off), Julia is binge watching the Great British Bake Off with a coffee in one hand and a KitKat bar in the other.
Down the road, the New Jersey native plans to be the head woman in charge as an art director and hopes to start her own dog rescue to provide a home for the little guys and girls.
And with her favorite holiday just around the corner (BOO!), we’re more than ready to see what she has up her sleeve.
