Art Director

Do you have an eye for design?

We are looking for a creative Art Director with agency experience to translate marketing and branding strategies into innovative and impressive campaigns that stimulate targeted audiences. Candidates should have hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team environment with brand development, campaign creation, web design and best practices, print/digital production as well as photography/video direction.

Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and possess excellent typography, color and design skills. B-to-B experience, awareness of digital media and evolving platforms, familiarity with wire-framing tools, video editing and photography experience are all a plus.

Senior Account Executive

Candidate must be a strategic thinker, capable of working with clients and SWBR peers to develop and execute communications plans. Candidate should have at least five years of exceptional client service and meaningful experience with digital marketing. Should be a solid presenter and have outstanding communication and people skills.

First Priority Bank hires SWBR to elevate marketing

Malvern, Pa.-based First Priority Bank has hired the team at SWBR as its agency of record. We’re working with FPBK to streamline marketing communications efforts and elevate the bank’s brand in the competitive southeast Pennsylvania/suburban Philadelphia market.

First Priority Bank provides a comprehensive range of financial and banking services to Berks, Montgomery, Chester and Bucks counties. They’re passionate about fulfilling the market’s need for fast and reliable service for individuals and businesses. Moreover, they’re energized by their role as a trusted community partner, and we’re helping them tell that story.

We put our decades of bank marketing experience to work, implementing a marcom strategy that gives FPBK some much-needed differentiation, while effectively communicating the brand’s value.

The campaign launched in late summer 2017, positioning FPBK as a customer service-focused financial institution built on the four core values/pillars: creative, local, loyal and responsive and aims to gain awareness for the bank while promoting the benefits customers can expect from a bank that truly values their business. The campaign will continue to roll out into the fall, incorporating an integrated mix of outdoor, print, digital, collateral and public relations.
