A startup medical software company, Perminova was rapidly gaining sales traction and investor interest. Their premier product, Perminova EP, a revolutionary cloud-based technology, counted UC San Diego Hospital and Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York City as early adopters. They needed a comprehensive marketing solution to help them take the next step in establishing their brand and products.
Our strategy was to introduce Perminova EP as the easy-to-integrate information system that unites the entire electrophysiology department by integrating scheduling, workflow, data, billing and reporting. The primary audience was physicians, nurses, lab managers, schedulers and billing personnel. We presented a unified brand with a revolutionary message. While many competitors feature the obligatory physician with stethoscope imagery, we chose to focus on the massive amounts of data and information that consume an EP lab and how Perminova literally gets all critical personnel on the same page. The campaign was executed across multiple touch points, including teaser and brand advertising (trade print and digital), public relations, collateral, video, direct mail and a trade show exhibit.
